I was impressed with the fantastic staff, especially at the front desk, who made my stay memorable. The breakfast selection was delightful, and I must say, every cup of coffee was excellent. The spacious room made my stay comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring. I’d gladly return!

The kitchen and living area had excellent features like a full-size fridge and comfortable furniture. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the coffee, which stood out as the best I have ever had. Plus, the staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out seamless. I noticed many guests appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel as well.

The location stood out with numerous shopping opportunities nearby, including Yankee Candle and Vermont Country Store. Breakfast was enjoyable with standard options, including eggs and organic fruits. however, some may find the lack of opening windows in the rooms a downside.

Communication seems to falter here—when I arrived, my family had requested feather-free pillows due to allergies, but the hotel staff provided them anyway. Additionally, the accessible room my friends received was far from the elevator and lacked the expected features, leading to confusion on accessibility options.

I truly appreciated the charming modern décor and spacious design throughout, making it easy to navigate. Everything felt inviting and well thought out, ensuring a comfortable and accessible stay for seniors like myself.

The location is ideal for families exploring the Pioneer Valley, offering a spacious kitchen and living area perfect for our group. My teenage daughter loved the gym and the breakfast spread, especially the coffee!

My kids wished for a larger pool area for more fun activities.
